Smashing Pumpkins New York 11.07.2008 HECKLER LANDSLIDE

I saw Smashing Pumpkins Friday night. 2nd row.

Concert was ok. Half the show consisted of jam sessions and guitar solos. At least, that's what I thought. Apparently, night one consists of mainly songs they did during last year's warm up tour. Night two consists of a lot of new songs they are working on, including a 30 min song call Gossamer. There was also some 30 min African song that put me to sleep.

Some guy was heckling Billy. Billy brought him on stage. The guy bitched about how bad the show last night and tonight sucked. He said there was too much sampling. Billy cursed him out.

I heard Billy was in a really bad mood on Thursday night. When he was leaving, he said he was never coming back to New York. From: deadendust Views: 7885
